Illini Statesmen

Attached to this post you will find several files, all having to do with the newly tweaked piece, Seventy-six Trombones by Meredith Willson.

The first file is a PDF of the sheet music, tweaked by Vern and Andy, that you can print out for yourself.

Second is a MIDI (.mid) file that will play all of the parts together.

The last four are part-specific MP3 files with the individual part in the left channel. If your playback software or hardware has a pan or balance control, you can move it to the left to hear your part, to the center to hear the normal mix, and to the right to practice your part with just the other three parts.

The teaching quartet for this piece, Kevin, Denny, Lee and Hugo, met last night to record this and other songs. Andy put in a lot of hard work typesetting the dots and making the MIDI and PDF versions. Thanks, guys!
